Do not stay there

Had to check out after one night. It was noisy partying crowd and dirty and the beach was gone. The food was not served with safe health peptides. They were supposed to refund my remaining 2 nights I am still waiting

There are a lot of convenient stuff there:- built in pool- an option to rent a bike- Included breakfast, which was good- The staff know English very well and are always ready to help- The building bar and restaurant Gives an option to eat and watch a beautiful view of the sea.- an option to play pool without paying XD- And overall, it is very affordable in terms of price

Just a few, very minor things that are not significant:Maybe the food In the restaurant is a bit tiny pricey, but not something that really bothered me.And maybe... that it a 10 minture walk from the center of all the bars etc... but the scooter nullifies that issue :DAnd that's it, it was still great

Beachfront although you take stairs directly into the water. Good Value for money

Very staff were rude and without any patience. Like low cost flights you pay extra for every little thing.

Beach was nice and rooms were decent but not to the level that I expected at the price point.

Check in was not as smooth at it can be. One room card mac per room is crazy rule. Some staff where great others where rude.

Liked the “village” style and great facilities. The location was just perfect! Fabulous food and service. Friendly helpful staff - nothing too much trouble!

Location

Got food poisoning in the hotel restaurant. They must be more careful. Spoilt our holiday. An one room was musty.

Our room was spacious. The resort was close to the airport, which made the drive after the flight bearable. The staff were friendly and treated us with smiles. The resort is baby friendly.

There should be a 'first-come, first-served' policy at the pool area. Some guests laid their towels out the night before to book their lounge seats, but only arrived midday to claim their seats. Families with small children who want to enjoy the pool in the early mornings before the sun gets too hot didn't get the seats (especially the seats close to the baby pool).

Right by the beach, convenient for local bars and restaurants. If you are looking for nightlife, it’s a shirt walk to the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Most amazing place. Super friendly staff, especially Chloe. Amazing views. Top class. Would highly recommend it. Peaceful, on the beach. Definitely would come back.

the location was perfect for enjoying the beachfront water scenery without being in the hectic centre of town, could not have found better value than this. The beach when exposed was good clean sand and easy to walk on for non swimmers. The resort is near the airport but amazingly very little noise reached us. Car parking was great and I really struggle to make any negative commentary .

Maybe more variety in fruit and bread at breakfast and definitely more Thai options on dinner Menu. I didn't eat much at the hotel because there was a good Thai restaurant close by that was far more authentic. I came to Thailand for the Thai experience, not to eat average Italian pasta or English fish N chips...Please take a risk and dont follow teh restaurants around you and be proudly Thai authentic with your food then it will be perfect. We noticed a lot of the European guests (Im Australian) also ate at the outside restaurant on main road as well, because some in their group did not want to eat the same they can get at home in Italy or Europe or UK.

Facilities are great! Room was really clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely. Location is a little bit awkward as it is a bit far out from 7/11 and other restaurants with no proper footpath on one side of the road for the walk.

Room was lovely and spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Minibus into Chaweng central useful.

Beach very small i.e sea too close to property. My room was close to in road near reception and very noisy at night. Location was a long way from Chaweng central. I found Chaweng very built up and busy. I would have preferred a quieter and less commercialised location. Toilet in room smelt.

Poor wifi in the roomFelt a bit “attacked” by the reception staff at my arrival and departure I repeated many times where I wanted to go and the price the lady at the reception gave me but when the taxi arrived they increased the price and that is the only time I got a problem like this during my trip

Hotel was very nice and clean with good food but it has very short beach which was mostly flooded during our stay due to windy weather. From 14 days of our stay, we could stay at the "hotel's" beach and swim in the sea only for 3 days. We had to go to other bigger public beaches like Lamai or Choengmon to experience real wide beach. When weather is windy, sea level is higher and short beaches simply disappear under water. So if you want to have experience daily walks on nearby beach, this hotel is not a good choice. I think this is the reason why this hotel is priced significantly lower comparing to many other hotels in Chaweng. On the other hand, when sea level is normal and the beach is visible, the scenery in that area is very unique. The sea is very shallow so you can walk like 50 meters away from beach into the sea and new islands appear on random places. Ideal place for families with kids.

They could offer cheaper meals in their restaurant and I bet they would get way more customers. There are lot of restaurants close to the hotel which offer cca 2x cheaper meals. Hotel restaurant was only filled with people in the morning for breakfast which was included. But I rarely saw somebody ordering full meal during lunch or dinner.

Clean property. Great location next to the beach and not too far from the main walking street. Best margherita pizza!

Nice swimming pool. Staff super nice.

It seemed like part of the staff did not understand English well which made it hard to communicate some times.We had to call reception almost every time we wanted to take a shower because there weren’t hot water and someone had to come to fix it for us while we already undressed waiting to take a shower :/ .We got a baby cot without a mattress, they put some blankets instead. After a few days of our stay we asked if there’s a mattress and then they put one for us (didn’t understand why they didn’t put it from the beginning).The AC in our room did a very loud noise of some kind of moving parts - so loud it waked anyone who was sleeping in the room at that moment.There was only a strong light in the room. We didn’t had any reading lights near our beds or some other soft light.In part of our stay one of the coffee machines in breakfast was broken and the line for the single coffee machine was very long and tiring.The hotel is right by the sea, but unfortunately during our stay there wasn’t any beach to sit in because of the high tide during daylight time.

The rooms were clean, bathroom was modern.

Locations bad - the beach was filthy, if you opt to stay in Ko Samui, choose another beach. The pool was outdated and not super clean. We got breakfast takeaways since our flight departed very early - these were bad..

Lovely small boutique hotel. Breakfast was very good. Property is small so get your chairs easy in the am. Massage service available right on the property overlooking the ocean. Was beautiful

Beach was more or less non-existent but warm water made up for it.
